TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, RUDE DOC/STAFF, ZERO PAIN RELIEF: Jay Panchal is flippant & obnoxious with a temper. I immediately recognize his attitude from the poor reviews below. He's smug and barely takes any time with his patients. You'll wait weeks for answers, follow ups and a resolution. His staff is no better. I’m not usually the one to leave bad reviews, but in this case I feel like I would be doing disservice to future patients. Like many other patients I was in and out in 5 minutes without options. Prescribed anti inflammatory and PT for six weeks, wouldn’t even try for MRI. Called 2 days later on Friday morning to ask for pain medication and was told that they would send him a message, did not hear back. I agree with the previous comments that these good reviews seem to not be credible. First time visit and the doctor dismissed me in less than 5 minutes. Not even kidding, I came at 3pm and left by 3:09pm. I did not receive any physical examination or treatment. After failing physical therapy 3 separate times and multiple medications and was sent to pain management to seek help, all this doctor did was tell me to find exercises and refuse to treat me any further than that. In addition to helping me manage and reduce my back pain, Dr. Panchal really listens to his patients. I was in excruciating pain when I first saw him 3 years ago, and he took me and my pain seriously. I also appreciate his "do no harm" non-invasive approach to pain management. I highly recommend him.
