Building with Jay was an absolute nightmare. We have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on fixing issues. He was super disrespectful and not on our project often. The 1 year warranty was a joke, I had an entire list of issues that they didn't address. He brought in teams he hadn't even met before to do work, and they did very horrible work.
