Fantastic service. Called and had a very nice guy come and had us in within minutes.
I lost my motorcycle key, and Jay Key was able to build a new key with only the ignition. The only other place that would even attempt it wanted double what Jay Key charged, and they said they would "try, but no promises." The dealer couldn't even get me a new key, but Jay Key could. If that doesn't show that they know their stuff, I don't know what will.
Couldn't find any place local to do a couple of car keys. No one had the right blanks for them. Found Jay Key after an online search and drove to Springfield. So glad I did! Fast, friendly, and less $$ than I was expecting. I was in and out in just a few minutes. We'll be using them again!
These people are such a pleasure to do business with. They worked with my crazy schedule and were courteous and very professional. They had my whole house done in no time and the locksmith (Jared) that came out even gave me some helpful tips. I will definitely be bringing all of my future lock needs to them!
