Staff were friendly and helpful.
Great clothes. Not too childish, not too showy. Perfect for teenagers (which I am). The clothes are comfortable, and are good for both warmer and colder months. Staff are lovely. Clothes are great quality, and the price is reasonable.
Sizing is really off. I am normally a size 12 women’s. And I’m here I need a size extra extra small. Seams on shirts and jackets don’t line up. Wasted $70 on a jacket Clothing shrinks too
I was treated like I was invisible when I walked into this store. 2 staff behind the counter were having a chat and one staff member up front folding t-shirts. Every other customer that walked in was greeted within seconds but I was completely ignored. The most I received was a blank stare that was quickly averted once I locked eye contact. I can’t help but feel the staff ignored me because of my size.
