I had Steph as my sales person today , and she was absolutely lovely I came in feeling completely lost on what jacket to buy as I am not one with a lot of fashion sense , and she was able to help me find exactly what I needed ! She made me feel heard and made me feel comfortable with how I felt and was honest about her thoughts on what jacket would be best suited for me . Staff were not helpful...just ignored us as we walked to the store ...staff should learn to treat all customers as one without any judgement...
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Great clothes. Not too childish, not too showy. Perfect for teenagers (which I am). The clothes are comfortable, and are good for both warmer and colder months. Staff are lovely. Clothes are great quality, and the price is reasonable.
