Staff clearly were all very grumpy today. Last week great customer, today I had a female staff raise her voice at me.
today i went in looking for a skirt and was assisted by the nicest member of stuff he went through sizes and helped me find everything thoughout the shop 10/10 would go back thsi employ was absolutelety he kindest and hardworking person
If I could give this place a 10 star I would!!! This very nice lady whom I do not totally know (I do)showed me to the cinnamon roll merch and I brought some, she was so kind and great customer service, in the past (same person) was so kind and grabbed a cinnamon roll jersey from up high and was so kind, two different people served me but that’s okay. Popped in to find a few garments for my daughter and was highly impressed by the initial greeting of the young man but also the customer service and personality of the manager Alex. Could see that it was the culture of the store.
