Thank you for all who have given your reviews. A practice that does not support parents having transparency into the health care of their children, by not allowing parents to be in view of the child when procedures are being performed on their body, is not acceptable. I was looking for a dentist for my two children, and will NOT be attending this practice (though they're right next door to my pediatrician), because I will not hand my child off to have procedures performed on their body out of my view. When my daughter turned 3 they said I could no longer come back with her! Totally unacceptable to me.

I initially had reservations about this practice from the first appointment we made several months ago. At our first appointment my son and I met with one of the hygienists that would be working with my son. She was very nice but I found it strange that we met in this tiny room first, the entire office space is very cramped! I also found it odd that I never really got to meet the dentist as they take your child from you. Our second appointment we waited in the waiting room for 50 minutes.
