Kept my husband drivers license after a test drive, he called and said he would be back the next day when they opened to pick it up… waited 15 minutes for someone to open the doors… nothing! He tried calling several times… nothing! My husband had to go over to the new car lot to get them to answer the phone! Ridiculous service! We were there to look at an Accord and a HR-V. Out of 6 vehicles we were considering listed in the website, they only had 1 and claimed “we update our site daily!” and that “they just sold”. Right!
TJ, Eric, Abe, and were AMAZING! I found comparable deals in the area and they surpassed every one of them. As a first time buyer, they were very helpful and straight forward! I will definitely be coming back when I am ready to trade-in!
I waited 2 hours to get work on my car after I worked a 10 hour shift. First, I was told the guy that was supposed to do the work was booked, then, I was told he didn’t come in. This was frustrating, I don’t know why they didn’t tell me sooner. I could have went home to get some sleep. They didn’t even apologize, which was even more unprofessional than the guy that didn’t show up. I left a message for the sales manager, no one has called me back.
My car had just cashed out on me days before coming to Jay Honda Pre-owned in Bedford so I needed a reliable, affordable car quickly. The same day that I was referred to the salesman Jordan I was scheduled and made a purchase that following evening. Jordan was a very honest salesman. I was in a very unique situation which he helped me navigate through with ease.
