I just bought a pre-owned CRV from Jay’s Honda and it was the ideal experience. Staff was helpful, courteous, and took pride in the preowned stock, it was clean, reconditioned, and defects (new tires, pads, etc) were corrected before setting it out to sell. James Price was my salesman and I would highly recommend him. Doug in the finance department also was great and made the paperwork quick and painless. I will definitely be doing business with Jay’s Honda again.

Horrible experience!! I bought a used 2008 Honda Accord. They told me the card had no accident at all and showed me the car-fax. There are something suspicious when I looked at it and asked why there is a recall and I remember they told me it was a mistake buy Honda about the cover on the hood. One years later I moved to Florida and when I did my car service in one of the local dealers they told me there was a front accident for the car and suggest me to traded in.
