I HOPE after this I never have to use Jay Hodge Chevrolet again. The service department really stinks. My wife simply asked a question about the vehicle that was needing repaired with manufactured warranty and the advisor got sarcastic, hateful, and rude with her. We tried to report it to the service manager, who will not return our calls. You would think I would learn my lesson the first time when they made a mistake on another vehicle of mine guaranteed there won’t be a third time
