I am a disabled senior citizen. I contacted Jay Hawk Mechanical for a plumbing problem. The plumber was here 20 minutes at the most, yet I was charged for 1.5 hours. Office said that travel time was included. Plus a $40.00 truck charge. My total bill for 20 minutes service is $242.50. Very unsatisfied. Would not recommend this company for any service.
