I’ve bought multiple vehicles from Jays in Frontenac, no problems at all. My fiancé and I figured why not use jays in Columbus this time. Big mistake. We put a big chunk of money down, also bought an extended warranty. I’d rate this dealer a half star if I could, but i purchased a vehicle from here and they told me it had one of the cleanest car histories they had seen but the car arrives with 4 bald tires, uneven alignment, a massive gouge in the sidewall, blown fuses, automatic headlights not working, busted headliner, broken armrest, dents all over the roof, worn out brake pads, paint chips all around the car and the sales people were honestly very disrespectful about the situation.
