Both of my children have seen Dr. Polokoff since they were babies. It's sometimes difficult to get an appointment and waits are sometimes long, but that is normal in any office. He has always helped me to understand what I need to know and listened to my knowledge and opinions as well. I definitely recommend him!
Dr. Polokoff has a terrible bedside manner. He was not gentle with my son's newborn exam, and attempted several (false) scare tactics to try to force us into medical decisions we did not agree with, and was very verbally judgmental of our choices that he didn't agree with. After leaving his office in tears (of which he was unapologetic about his role in causing, when confronted) , we refuse to use him ever again. Worst pediatrician experience in my 16 years of parenting 8 children.
