Very kind, interested, knowledgeable and professional
Dr. Kim is great and explains everything in detail. I would recommend him to anyone.
Very detailed history on my visit today. Dr. Kim spent over an hour with me taking in every detail of my history leaving no stone unturned. Attentive detail oriented Doctor who genuinely cares about his patients.
communicates very well
I've been a patient of Dr. Kim for probably over 20 years. I think he's caring and is actively looking after my good health. I've had several prostate problems and he has taken good care of all of them. He stays on top of all new procedures and I've participated in 2 of the newest with good results. He is very personable and makes me feel at ease during somewhat embarrassing procedures. Can't ask for more.
On 12/10/19/ I called in a prescription refill request to the Walgreens next door to your office. They informed me, as late as 12/13 that they had not received your approval yet. They have faxed your office at least 3 times. Your staff and nurse have stated that they are waiting on your approval. It is now been 3 days and will likely be 10/16 before I have the Finasteride. This equals about 6 days since last I took it. I also have been told that you set an approval to Optima Rx and not Walgreens. I do not have this approval ... read more
I'm sure that Dr. Kim is an able surgeon, but I found him to be of no help with my BPH. He was condescending and dismissive as to my views of my condition or my opinion on treatment. He never discussed the full range of options available for treatment of BPH, but instead recommended surgery that was neither indicated by my symptoms nor supported by my General Practitioner. When I balked at his recommendation, he became noticeably less concerned with my condition and my treatment. Look elsewhere.
Excessive long waits in the waiting room and the exam rooms = total wait times of 1 hour. No Wi-Fi. At last appointment the usual RN didn't asst DR but another staff member did. Very dissatisfied with the lab and skill set of the blood draw.
