RIP Dr. Jones ????
I've been a patient of Dr. Jones since 1991. He is an excellent Doctor and the only one I really trust. After several Dr.'s and a hospital stay (2012) from an aneurysm, Dr. Jones saw me and within 30 seconds diagnosed my condition of autonomic dysreflexia - a fatal condition which all of those other Dr's missed. He sent me down to the U of M for a complete "overhaul". All of that saved my life and improved my health to this day.
Dr. Jones used to inject into my trigger points on my back and neck once a month, and did an excellent job at it too, I'd refer him to anyone! But about 4 years ado I got pneumonia from surgery and ended up on a ventilator, then sent down state to get off it... no luck... the downstate Dr's sent me home on the vent, not even a day later I aspirated and went to Munson, the pulmonologists would not send me home, so off to TenderCare in Gaylord for 3 years, I'm home now and need you Dr. Jones Bad!
Referred by internist for lingering pain in spinal nerves a year past a herniated disc. Dr. Jones very thoroughly assessed to ascertain the exact location of the nerve that was involved and then used guided imagery to inject pain relief into the precise source of the pain. I never needed to return as the relief carried well beyond 6 months.
I have been a patient of Dr Jones since 2004 and have nothing but positive things to say about him. I first went prior to a BKA. After surgery he treated me for phantom pain. Since then it has been for migraines and pain from a fall and whiplash. He has referred me to other Drs and a psycologist for issues for chronic pain. He is always cautious in his prescribing medication for pain which I greatly appreciate. Very compassionate, I never feel rushed when I'm in the office.
