Jay is great to work with. He explained the whole process multiple times and was always there to answer any questions my husband and I had. He spent almost all of one day of his weekend showing us properties and suggesting different aspects we did not think to check. He worked very diligently to resolve any issues during the purchase process. For example, he worked with county and city folks to confirm the square footage of the property and checked that all renovations had permits.
