Dr Boatwright has always been attentive to me and my family and treats us as one of the family. I feel I can fully trust him. He has always been honest and given me all alternatives. I feel his staff has taken the time to get to know me and my family. We are not just another number.
MY mother needed her partial repaired. He resented her wanting them repaired and insisted that she needed a much more expensive procedure and dentires instead. She resisted his hard sell and opted for her partial repair. He made her pay for the repair in advance, and when she returned to pick them up, they did not fit. When she pointed out the large gap between her teeth and the partial, he came unglued. This man mistreated my 83 year old mother, yelled at her and frightened her!
