Not good what’s
My husband went to him for sinus issues and his only answer was surgery. We tried calling for another issue regarding them putting the wrong information in his chart that is delaying him getting life insurance and cannot get the office to call us back for answer the insurance company to clear the issue.
We have been waiting over 2 years for my husband's hearing aids. They give us the run around ordering tests that are not needed and giving meds not needed. Wait times are long. Save yourself some stress and find a different doctor.
Staff is really terrible! Waited there for several hours the 1st time before could be seen. 2nd time, showed up, and had to leave without being seen. They surprised me with unexpected charges I had to either to pay or not be seen, they could have told me over the phone before I made a trip in. Total waste of time. Go somewhere else!
Horrible! Dr. and office is completely disorganized! Dr. sees patients with no manor. He doesn't know medications or dosages! Completely relies on office staff for everything including all paperwork! Office staff is running around trying to cover the butts!
Very awkward appt. Dr. seemed to treat everyone including myself with disdain. Was advised TMJ issue, needed 4 meds and would call in after 6pm. Waited and no meds all weekend, called Monday and they didn't have the chart notes in the system and still no meds. Was advised that I needed 4 additional appts. I've cancelled all, and still in pain from this issue with no response from office.
Wil...Re: Dr Chavda, ENT In the present I want to express my gratitude to Dr Chavda, for his assertiveness and wise analysis/ evaluations and clinical judgment to determine the root of illness. After following an orderly and objective protocol to help in my health, he came to the source of my sickness and treated it as such. I highly esteem and commend in regards to his wisdom and kindness in the expertise of his field as an ENT
