Wonderful experience with him and the entire staff the wait time has been minimal usually right on time very attentive doctor compassionate and concerned about his patients

I have never met a doctor who has no knowledge about wax build up. It’s same story every week. Trust me find another ENT
Went in for Hearing Test. Saw Dr. Kumar and he was great! The whole staff outside was also helpful! The wait time can be a bit longer then expected. (waited about 45 mins or so) but once taken in, Doc did provide undivided attention and expedited service. Would go revisit for hearing! Def by far the best when it comes to hearing aids and what is associated with it.
Arrived to find a full waiting room that would have multiple patients standing within minutes when there were no more chairs. When I quietly asked the front desk staff if the dr always overbooked, they quietly shook their head yes. 45-mins after appt time, I was finally ushered to exam room. Got there 5 minutes late, nurse said i have to reschedule..... Im the only one in the room, so im not taking any body place.... Front disk very rude, Dr. Was standing in the bake doing nothing.... Going to call the insurance to make sure they didnt charged them fir vusit.
This Doctor is a scam. I don't know how he got certified to be Dr. He does not have a billing department to call directly, keep submitting fraudulent claims. bad behavior to the patients and all other bad things that you might not be able to imagine
Very bad attitude to the patient to worse never go there again
He didn’t listen to my issues. Talked to my husband and not me. Ordered test I didn’t need. Had to send the person at the check-out desk to find out info on test.
