Don’t go here if you have a service dog you will be denied entry one of DR Ranon secretaries said I am not allowed to bring my service dog to there location or I wasn’t allowed to bring him on transportation. And they also said they were exempt from ADA law and said I need certification which according to the federal law is not required. I will be seeking legal action

Everyone there are very professional and kind. My Dr. listens to what is bothering me. I like him very much,his name is Eric Ranon.
I scheduled my appointment over a month ago. I waited in the exam room for an hour then was told that my doctor was running late & the office had to close at 5:00 pm so my appointment would need to be rescheduled. I left my job early for this appointment only to have MY time wasted & to not see a doctor. VERY, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! This was my first experience with this group & it will also be my last.
I wouldn't recommend winter haven jay care to anyone...
I love the Lakeland office. My parents and I have Dr. M but, we call him Dr. Magu. He absolutely adores all his patients. I give him and his nurse huge props for being able to giggle and laugh at my dad's awkward moments. He is the only doctor I have been to in Polk County in my 30 years that has never turned me away because I have so many complications with my sinuses and ears.
