Answer their phones and not to let the comps do all the work
They never answer the phones and even the pharmacy faxes them for a refill they never send it. I either have to go to there which is a 30 minute drive from my house and over an hour from work to get them to send it or go to the er (what I usually do) since I can’t be out of my meds which is completely ruining my credit. Just about every tome I go there I have a new doctor which for someone with very bad social anxiety is awful. I get used to one and comfortable and then I find out they left the practice

You call they say your doctor is gone . Then you look up info for new doctor 3 yrs later find out the docter is still with tge company . The staff answering the phone need to get docked pay for terriable service . Winter haven needs to be checked!
horrible service, never answer phones, Dr. come one day, & gone the next, & you never know who your Dr. will be. safe time & go to S. Florida location instead of 1st. street location.
worst place ever..they never answer the phones.I dont feel like i get the best care there at all just in and out with no questions cant wait to switch dr...

My son was seen in the Winter Haven office. Girls were twirling in their chairs, eating at their desks and then to top it all off they gave us someone elses personal paperwork and gave my sons to someone else. I spent 4 days calling to speak with the manager Sarah and was given every excuse why I couldn't speak to her, finally being told that "she doesnt have time for your nonsense." This is a HUGE HIPPA violation! Dont go here unless you want them to help you get your identity stolen!!
