I recently suffered a fall and went to the ER dept. at Bartow Regional Medical Center for xrays. Everything was a smooth as silk. I couldn't use my right hand to fill out the admission form, so one of the attendants did the writing for me. The wait time was minimal. Xray technicians were kind and careful. A splint and sling were put on with care. When I found out later that I would need copies of my Xrays for an orthopedist, a disc was quickly provided. Nurses and staff were wonderful! They took excellent care of my son and were very warm and welcoming. We loved our experience and would recommend this hospital to fellow family and friends anytime!
I mom had been feeling bad for a week. She got into her primary care on Thursday the 9th of 2026. Primary care set up an Uber for us to get there. Primary care do gets her all upset telling her this could kill her. And kept kicking her chair asking if this hurt. They called EMS and sent her to Bartow hospital. The EMS started an IV and started giving zofran for nausea. We go straight into a room and they take her for CT scan. She was still throwing up. They came in and discharged her.
