East Tipton Street employees are always polite and helpful.
I have always complimented Jay c for their customer service but when I called I was put on hold twice and the 2nd time for 5 mins. I asked about a very important prescription which they told me needed a prior authorization and was told it wouldn’t happen that day. I had to call the doctor to call them to get the correct info and then they told them they were out of stock and it would be 24 hours or more. Only pharmacy I go too. Workers are always kind. And always willing to help ya. Fast and reliable.
Most of the employees all seem to be miserable with their jobs. Short worded, rude and cold :( the wait times are ridiculous and it never fails I have to call and follow up with every prescription to make sure it’s done when it’s suppose to be done.
The ladies are so nice, I really enjoy seeing them and talking with them !! Do much so,, I am glad that the pharmacy doesn't have a drive thru !!😊
