I have always complimented Jay c for their customer service but when I called I was put on hold twice and the 2nd time for 5 mins. I asked about a very important prescription which they told me needed a prior authorization and was told it wouldn’t happen that day. I had to call the doctor to call them to get the correct info and then they told them they were out of stock and it would be 24 hours or more.
