they are not truthfull, I was told that if we showed over a certain dollar amount on our taxes for this year that we would qualify for a house. we were told that there were things we could use for business and not count against our personal income. wrong, last minute she changed her mind! If you are an S Corporation find a different lender !! they have cost us thousands of dollars in taxes because we didn't right off things that we could so we could keep our income high, what a joke. This is my third mortgage and easily the fastest one. I contracted on a home on September 4. I was closed and moved in by October 12, and had a final approval a week before that. They "get stuff done"! Any question I had was answered quickly by Sheryl or one of her team members. They share information so there is always someone to answer your question.
