Khalisa Davies was confident we would qualify for pre-approval for our home loan. We were in contact up to six months prior to be prepared to put an offer on a home. She assured us several times over that we would qualify for the maximum amount on FHA loan. On the day we made an offer, she couldn’t actually provide the preapproval letter. When I found a home my loan officer Ryan didn’t answer the phone and even after two weeks still didn’t answer!!! Two months have went by and still haven’t spoken with him 🤦🏾♀️I was trying to put an offer in and this guy was no where to be found! I called his prior assistant Adam and asked how can I get in touch with my loan officer because he’s not answering and it was time to put in an offer. No ONE HELPED soooo I went with another lender!!
