We saw Dr. Bergquist only once and that was in the hospital. He has not talked with Us since. My wife had Septicemia and multiple liver abscesses. She still has one abscess and his nurse called to tell her to stop the antibiotics. Antibiotics are never stopped before an abscess in the liver has resolved. Thank God we have an infectious disease physician that is doing the antibiotic care and told Us no antibiotics are discontinued until a CT scan indicates all infection is resolved.
