On February 9th, I underwent a routine ear wax removal, a service I typically utilize every 6 month. During this particular appointment, Dr. Horowitz caused me significant discomfort while addressing my right ear. Despite my verbal expressions of pain, the procedure continued. Horrible. Having 6 year infection in 1 year, just become they can’t organise their stuf and make the surgery. Do not recommend this place
Dr. Horowitz is extremely kind and openly honest. I got a tonsillectomy and he gave me all the information I needed to get through it & heal successfully. After the removal, I sleep better, have higher energy levels, and breathe easily.
This guy is so old he doesn’t listen to his patience. He made me do a turninex surgery. He said that that will fix the airflow problem in my nose. I explained to him I had a deviated septum and I needed it straightened out and fixed. He said nobody will touch your nose. Nobody will fix it for you. This is something you have to live with forever I went to Robert wood Johnson after his surgery cause my nose wouldn’t stop bleeding. I met a Robert wood Johnson Oncologist there.
