I went in for cut and highlights. Showed Maria (I believe That’s her name it’s a young lady very short cut red hair) pictures of the color highlights balayage I wanted my hair to be. She was inexperienced and repeatedly stoped to ask - Connie the owner about coloring and procedure I felt like a guinea pig. We had a very bad experience with color at this salon. We had to go to another Aveda Salon for a COLOR CORRECTION because the treatment was so horrible. I do not recommend this salon for color treatment - I can't speak to any other service, I just know this was horrible.
I cannot say enough good things about the Jay Andrews Salon. After the Hair and Face Lounge in Cary royally screwed up my hair, Kat at Jay Andrews was able to get my hair back to its original color with the perfect highlights. I have now been getting my hair done by Kat for almost two years and have sent many people to Jay Andrews. Great Experience – Great Salon. I have been going to jay andrews for years and have NO complaints. It is always a wonderful experience when I am there. The receptionists are very friendly and i absolutely LOVE the scalp massage!!! My cuts are always great because the stylists pay great attention to what I want for my hair. I would absolutely recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for an awesome salon experience.
Absolutely hate this place! Went in for a long bob/slightly past shoulder length hair cut and came out with a short bob all the way up my neck. I went in with long hair, way past my shoulders that could fit into a medium length braid, medium/high pony tail and into a high topknot bun. Left the salon not able to do any of those things and can BARELY scrape my hair into a tiny pony tail now. EXTREMELY displeased
LOVE THIS PLACE! I have to take the time to recommend this place. After moving to Raleigh, I had the hardest time finding a good hair stylist. After 3 bad highlight jobs, I thankfully found Kat at Jay Andrews. I have been going to here for a year now and my hair has never looked better. Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming. I never see a person walk out with a bad cut or dye job. I highly recommend Kat at Jay Andrews.
Wow what a great experience! I have been going to the salon in Apex and loved it so I followed my stylist to try out the new salon. It was just as great as the Apex salon.
