I have had five rootcanals. This was by far the best I have had. Dr. Solnit is the most gentle dentist ever. The root canal was painless. He is a saint. His staff is the most prefessional I have ever delt with. If I ever need another root canal this is the only place for me.

misleading – I was referred to Dr. Solnit by my dentist. I was experiencing a lot of pain and sensitivity in a tooth and Dr. Solnit said he can repair it in a two step process. I was in great discomfort ,so I said go ahead. After leaving his office after the first procedure, I had even more pain and after a week of severe pain, he finally prescribed antibiotics. At the end of my second visit, he told me that he FORGOT to tell me, but I ALSO need a crown. He originally charged me $1550 for his fees and now said that I need to return to my dentist for a crown. I was shocked and disappointed!! I was absolutely certain that his services for the amount paid would've covered the entire procedure. $1550 for a root canal is very high in the industry. I felt very much taken advantage of.
