Just had my first visit today. I want to give a shout out to Mary & Kay At the front desk. They were very nice very helpful and made my check in and checkout Experience very enjoyable. Doctor Alfonso was very nice, very professional as well as very thorough.
One of the absolute best experiences I've had with a medical establishment. The front office staff were very patient and kind. They were also efficient and very professional. As far as the medical staff during my visit - Emily was absolutely AWESOME! I didn't feel rushed, she was thorough, knowledgeable and very understanding. Dr. Alphonso was also great. His bedside manner is impeccable. I felt very comfortable, listened to and understood. I'm so glad I found this office. I highly recommend it.

Hello... front desk clerk Mary conducted her self very well with a VERY RUDE patient....she gave another difnition of patients....the lobby was full of people...so they can leave there with good thoughts.
I have been with Jax spine and pain for many years for neck and back issues. This is my first visit to the riverside location which is much closer for me than the Main location. I was pleasantly surprised. The front desk (Mary) was very friendly and checked me in quickly. The nurse was very nice and of course, Amy Parker PA is amazing. This will be my location of choice, unless I am in need of epidural, which is done at main location.
