Update: they never contacted me back to hear my version, despite me emailing and calling their office manager. Today, 03/18, they called me to inform me I can no longer be their patient. I had a Follow Up appointment today with Winfree Glynnis at the Riverside location and I just walked out with a new appointment to see Dr. Alfonso on the 19th. Today, I don’t only feel offended, but verbally assaulted by the shameless insinuations from Miss Glynnis that I may be coming to the office to “just get prescriptions”. At Riverside, Alice has gone out of her way both times we have been there, to help us with scheduling etc. This morning, we witnessed her be screamed at by a patient, for something out of Alice's control. She was professional and patient. And she went out of her way to help resolve the issue.
