Today was the procedure to numb the nerve on my Left side of my face. With the awesome staff Dr. Alfonso, Emily MA and with the procedure tech Mrs. Katie they took care of me from start to finish. My experience with the procedure was excellent. Thank you staff for all your help, you're awesome I'm very grateful with all of you. For me I give them 100 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Excellent medical practice for pain.
Just had my first visit today. I want to give a shout out to Mary & Kay At the front desk. They were very nice very helpful and made my check in and checkout Experience very enjoyable. Doctor Alfonso was very nice, very professional as well as very thorough.
One of the absolute best experiences I've had with a medical establishment. The front office staff were very patient and kind. They were also efficient and very professional. As far as the medical staff during my visit - Emily was absolutely AWESOME! I didn't feel rushed, she was thorough, knowledgeable and very understanding. Dr. Alphonso was also great. His bedside manner is impeccable. I felt very comfortable, listened to and understood. I'm so glad I found this office. I highly recommend it.
