Every bite was fantastic! The bread that was used for the sandwich was off the hook! I had The Hippy and when I am in the area I plan on going back! Love to support a local family owned business!
Portions are freaking huge! The Jambalaya is amazing and drips a savory sauce. The Mano a Swine is more than a mouthful and is...words can't describe it..after you add some barbecue sauce to it. Super, super quick call ahead service. Uber friendly staff. And if you toast these babies in the oven until the bread forms a slight crunch...omg.
