Nice Detail Job – I had my car detailed 2 weeks ago or so and it still looks good. I was pleased by the way they cleaned the car and their attention to detail. I would use them again and I will. Only thing that irked me is the guy was on the phone when I came out to check the car and pay. He just handed me the pad to sign while talking on the phone. Didn't ask me if I liked the job or did I have any questions. When I'm handing over my money I just want more customer service but they did do a good job.
Very Professional I had a large commercial truck that needed to be detailed for a trade show in January and Jax Mobile Detail did a fanatastic job for me on short notice. From the first phone call they were very professional and followed up several times to make sure that everything was on schedule. Great Job My friend had them come out and clean her car. They did an AWESOME job her car looked almost brand new. The detailer was so sweet and Cute,Ladies. wink wink. He even got her roof which was covered in smoke to look clean. I was amazed. I was told the the Owner could use a leson in Business and customer service and to be honest he came off as a slave driver a bit. I felt bad for his worker. Anyways, over all they do a great job for the price.
Awsome Job,And Professional – I've been using them for the past 3 years, they've never let me down, there detailer is a sweet heart very polite,very professional,easy on the eyes ladies!! My car always looks good, I believe they have the best products in town. As a single mother of 3 I never have time to clean my own car, these guys have been there for me for years and I would never use anyone else.
Great Service – I really like these guys. They know how to do miricales when it comes to a dirty car. I was begining to think along the lines of getting a newer car. My carpets were ruined for sure, so I thought... And the outside of my car was faded. I have a red car that looked pink! My carpets look and smell clean again. My paint REALLY DOES LOOK BRAND NEW! Response to Darlenes Review/ From Owner Operator This was a service appoinment set by the son and owner of the car to be serviced. The son which is an adult (which we require) to render services, agreed on a price and service. The son was not present at the time of service. His father was present during the time of services. The father looked at and reviewed our services and said "The car looks great" He paid us for the servies his (son) agreed to purchase. And again commented on the appearance saying "Looks great guys" Hour... read more
Rip Off - Beware This shady operation came out to our home after cancelling and rescheduling our appointment. They did not show up with the necessary equipment and after finally getting what they needed, they did nothing to rectify the problem we contacted them about in the first place. After contacting the owner, he agreed to refund $60. Of course, it has been a month and we have received nothing. He does not answer the emails or phone calls.
