Awesome service. This mobile unit will come to your place of residence to clean and detail your vehicles. They also offer other services such as custom services and pressure washing. They do a very thorough job, and love what they do. Prices vary for services as well as size of vehicle, but very reasonable. Just call and set an appointment for your convenience and they do the rest. PROS: They come to you. CONS: NA
Great Job My friend had them come out and clean her car. They did an AWESOME job her car looked almost brand new. The detailer was so sweet and Cute,Ladies. wink wink. He even got her roof which was covered in smoke to look clean. I was amazed. I was told the the Owner could use a leson in Business and customer service and to be honest he came off as a slave driver a bit. I felt bad for his worker. Anyways, over all they do a great job for the price.
Very Professional I had a large commercial truck that needed to be detailed for a trade show in January and Jax Mobile Detail did a fanatastic job for me on short notice. From the first phone call they were very professional and followed up several times to make sure that everything was on schedule. Response to Darlenes Review/ From Owner Operator This was a service appoinment set by the son and owner of the car to be serviced. The son which is an adult (which we require) to render services, agreed on a price and service. The son was not present at the time of service. His father was present during the time of services. The father looked at and reviewed our services and said "The car looks great" He paid us for the servies his (son) agreed to purchase. Rip Off - Beware This shady operation came out to our home after cancelling and rescheduling our appointment. They did not show up with the necessary equipment and after finally getting what they needed, they did nothing to rectify the problem we contacted them about in the first place. After contacting the owner, he agreed to refund $60. Of course, it has been a month and we have received nothing. He does not answer the emails or phone calls.
Company was able to work our job right in. We wanted our Motorhome detailed. Work was done efficiently and we were very happy with the outcome. Will be contacting them again every 6 months .
I purchased a $200 gift certificate on 19 June 2020. It did not expire. Aug 2020 my gift recipient called and emailed to schedule an appt and the company did not respond. My gift recipient called and emailed and heard nothing. I called and emailed to set up a convenient time, was told the owner would call my recipient to set it up, and he never did. On a positive note, they were on time for the appointment I scheduled and they did a decent job on the exterior detail (8 out of 10). However, on the negative side, they only did an 8 out of 10 on the job. More importantly, I was charged almost double what I was originally quoted. When the appt. was booked, I was told it would be $79.99. Once the job was finished, I was given a bill for $129.99.
