I purchased the almost everything for $15. took my jeep through twice and still not clean! smh this is ridiculous! theres very plain to see dirt on my wheels, my tow hitch, and underbody, wheel wells... I would not waste my money here ever again!
Southfield location today took over an hour for a regular wash and for 20$$ my cup holder was not even cleaned and side view mirror not cleaned Shame on you!’n
Been a customer of JAX Kar Wash since December, and always had a pleasant experience. I decided to get the interior detailed, and will NEVER do it again. I ended up going back to my work to do the front floors because they were disgusting and I was taking someone out last night. Should have done this on my own, and saved the 20 dollars I spent 20 dollars and they did not even do the rear floor. Pictures below. Would love to speak to a manager about this issue.
I'm not getting put on the clock & I'm there to work everyday literally everyday even when im late I'm there to work not to mention I travel by bus from Grosse Pointe I have to sit around waiting 3/4 hrs when everybody else is working I'm steady waiting looking dumb smh
