They left my friends car in drive and not responding to fix there damage. Very disappointed.

On August 5th, I stopped into this location for a basic, detail, wheel cleaning, inside cleaning & car wash on my Mom’s vehicle for $20. Forty-five minutes later, I was alerted that the vehicle was ready by the extremely unprofessional cashier. During the 45 minutes I waited in the uncomfortable & dirty waiting area, I heard the cashier drop the “F BOMB” & numerous other 4 letter words as if it was the normal climate for the business. Polite, friendly and excellent wash
GREAT SERVICE AND FRIENDLY
I went to the wash on Hall road to try it out before work. When I got out of my car, I noticed white specks and scratches. I tried to wipe it off with a damp towel thinking they were from the cloths, but it wouldn’t budge. I also had streaks from the wash. When I came back to the wash after work, I talked to the manager who filled in a complaint form for me but claimed that there’s nothing in the wash that could’ve scratched my car and that the process might take a week. Hall Rd facility... car was filthy, even after talking to an employee no offer to rewash the car. last time I will ever stop. tell your friends, this place is useless nice upgrades.... car is less clean then before.
Jax Kar Wash Rochester is so efficient with amazing employees. The location is perfect to walk over to Barnes & Noble next door and get a Starbucks coffee in the cafe while waiting. My car looks amazing and the services are well priced!
I have enjoyed the monthly basic service almost a year. The basic wash to get the majority of the dirt off of my car. Today I decided to pay extra for the top offer. The wax, the tires, the shine, the Works. All four of my rims look like they had been barely touched. I wiped my finger across the rim just to be sure they weren’t scuffs. Disappointing.
