Excellent service, great food and they went above and beyond to make our birthday celebration party perfect. The manager, Adam, worked with us to setup the time, helped coordinate and ensured the event went smooth from 5:30 to 10 none of our 30 guests ever went without food or drink. We will be back for the next time we want spectacular service and a perfect private event room!
All of the staff were excellent. Very attentive. I felt like a VIP just walking through as staff members gently guided others out of my path. I had a crab cake appetizer that was awesome followed by a wedge salad. The Line was way more than I could eat but I tried. All of the shellfish was tender and moist. My first taste of caviar was a bust as I now know that I do not like caviar. That is certainly not the fault of Jax. Beautiful place.
