I love this place. First and foremost you can tell they respect their staff. Servers and hosts are given the leeway to extend extra kindnesses to customers and to go above and beyond to improve diners experiences. They really pride themselves on seafood knowledge and the food is AMAZING.

For being a land locked community, this is by far the best seafood option available in FoCo. Ask for the hi top chefs table, at ya fun to watch your meal prepared. Last night we had the Steelhead and the Ramen, plus some peel and eats.... excellent meal!

My rating is purely for the bar area where drinks and appetizers were promptly asked about, served, tastes were amazing, requests met without question, super friendly and talkative tenders though insanely busy. My first visit... I will absolutely be back.
Service + Seafood = 5*! Jax is a family tradition on Christmas eve, second year so far. Thanks to everyone at Jax Fort Collins for an amazing evening!
