The salesman was very professional and that’s exactly what I love. We knew what car we wanted from their website. We were able to immediately test drive, and we bought the car we wanted within an hour! The cars are beautiful and very well maintained.
Well, the check engine light on the truck turned on within 15 minutes of leaving the lot. Make sure you check the cars for engine codes before you buy because it seems like the light was reset which is illegal!
Service is really poor. Reason is after 7 months my services were done. 2. Still did not fix the issue. 3. They expect me to put my kids in my car with a very bad wheel bearing and lower control arm known to be a hazard if those parts are not fixed. Waited 7 month to then say i don’t remember that car??? Like are you serious you guys sold it to me still have jax exports stickers all over. I wouldn’t recommend coming to these guys if your wanting to finance or buy. They ask you to write reviews in front of them. They sold me a broken car that I still have to pay for and when I tried to give it back for them to fix I ended up paying $2000 to get my car back for it to break again a month later. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.
This was a great experience purchasing a car here. All the cars are newer with low mileage. Some of the pricing is below market value. Jeremy was my sale rep and he was fantastic and honest. I recommend anyone looking for a good reliable used car to stop by Jax Export first!
