I’ve worked with Jax for about five years, and she has helped me find tenants for multiple rental units in both Boston and Cambridge. She is incredibly helpful, responsive, and always focused on what is best for me as a property owner. Jax does all the due diligence, recommends the right tenants, and makes the entire leasing process extremely easy. She moves quickly, keeps me well informed throughout the process, and has also gone above and beyond by helping take care of units when I’m out of town, coordinating tenant turnov... read more
If we had to highlight our top three reasons for giving her five stars, they would be: ⭐ Exceptional responsiveness and communication — always available, proactive, and incredibly clear. ⭐ Made a remote home purchase feel effortless — she was our eyes, ears, and advocate throughout the entire process. ⭐ Built and coordinated a dream team — bringing together the right attorney, mortgage professional, and herself to make the entire transaction work seamlessly. We feel incredibly fortunate that we found her and will be forever ... read more
As a real estate agent in New York City, I’m very selective about who I refer clients to, and Jax is one of the very few agents I would confidently recommend in Downtown Boston and the Back Bay area. She has a unique ability to make people feel comfortable while providing honest guidance and exceptional service throughout the process. What s... read more
Jax was super helpful and professional throughout my apartment search, and clearly went above and beyond!
When my fiance was accepted to medical school in Boston, we were excited but overwhelmed at the idea of moving to the city. We knew basically nothing about Boston, but working with Jax removed all of our worries. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for and was so honest and helpful in finding us the perfect location for our needs. I cannot recommend her enough and I would absolutely work with her again in the future.
