I’ve been going to them for years. What I like about them is they follow instructions when I have something that needs special handling. I’ve been to so many cleaners that don’t get it right or follow directions. JAX is the best I’ve worked with, by far. I go there for my work uniform and it always comes out great without wrinkles. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend them.

I came in to get my jeans altered and requested pricing and when I said I’d come back with more items to get adjusted the man working there told me to go back to the ladies I’m used to getting my items hemmed. Very rude. This is really bad customer service, how are you gonna tell someone to go get your items done somewhere else when I was gonna come back to bring him more business. Do not come here, beware of the older gentleman.
