Today I visited Jaworski Meats for the first time. Brian noticed me looking around and asked if he could help. I told him it was my first time, and he gave me an overview of the shop and a little history of the family business. I asked for ground chicken for a meatloaf recipe I wanted to try and he said that they were all out. That's when the owner, Mark, came over and asked how much I needed.
