They wrongfully evicted me and my girlfriend while I was incarcerated at Elkhart County Correctional complex their shady people
There is absolutely no communication I filled out an application over a week ago for a property I call everyday and do not get a professional response as to whether I’m even accepted or denied. I’d your on a time limit I wouldn’t suggest this place.
Ajay has been running my property management since 2/1/2021. On a property I own in Elkhart Indiana. I am in Colorado. For the 1st year they seemed like a decent company. For the months of August, September, October 2022. Payment from rents were 60 days late. They paid me in November 2022. Also the late payment was short $800.They avoid calls. Very unprofessional. Stay away!!! Poor communication in 2022. I should have dropped them sooner.
