The only reason I went to this place was because PA Amna Jadali was my doctor and she was the best. Now she is gone and I have to find a new asthma doctor.

The office staff are non responsive. They never answer phones or call you back. Not sure how one is supposed to book appointments. They are not patient oriented. Dr khan is wonderful, but he needs a better office management personnel.
Dr. Jawad Khan and PA Amana Jadali took Excellent care of me earlier this year, while struggling with severe covid, as a Heart and Respiratory patient; at INOVA Lansdowne Hospital in Leesburg VA. Their professionalism, knowledge, expertise, bedside manner, including taking the time explain things in layman's terms, answering Patient and Family questions/concerns, are reasons why I'm doing better today and continue to see them for my Pulmonologist/Respiratory needs. -DW
Poor customer service as an existing patient. I had an insurance question and was unable to contact anyone at this office for over a week despite leaving voicemails every day. Never received a single call back.
