Fuimos a este Restaurante mexicano cuando ordenamos no había sopa de arroz no había frijoles no había guacamole no había tortillas no había frijoles entonces que restauran es este y la manager no quiso dar la cara ni para explicar la situación y disculparse. Los empleados estaban muy avergonzados de su parte.
Great place and great staff! Management non-existent. @Lilia McCalister I don't like to leave negative comments bc I support small business but this woman is in the wrong industry and is not capable of representing this restaurant as it deserves. Were served day old chips and then were told that they ran out of rice, guacamole, tortillas and beans. So, basically, we would be served half of our order. A Mexican restaurant without these key ingredients? We asked to speak to the manager to ask if we would be given a discount for being served half of our food but the manager refused to speak to us. I don't know what all the fuss is about. The food was tasteless and way too salty. Maybe the draw is the drinks...don't know because we didn't have any.
After a sad meal and watching the waiter run around with his head cut off like a dirty chicken he complained that the 22 dollar tip wasn't enough for him the bill was 43 dollars and with paying 65 dollars he still hit me up for 20 more won't be going anywhere near there again.
Javier's is our FAVORITE restaurant! No contest. Great service and food!
