Customer service sucks. They overcharged me for my food then they try to give me a small container and I had to tell them what container to put it in. I ordered the nachos. They tried to give it to me in a black container, which is the bowl size then they double charged me for queso and guacamole said it was up charge. They did not let me know that before they asked me that I want it. West Monroe is way better service. Don’t go to the one in Monroe. They’re rude.
The service feels a bit rushed, especially at lunch when a long line forms. It's kind of expensive for what you get. I understand some people pile it on, but others really don't and everyone pays the same. Seems like maybe a pay-by-weight system would be better.
