I’ve never had such an amazing experience with a dealership! It was so great, that I want to buy a second bike just to go through the experience again!
I went to the Hill Country last weekend and ended up having a broken brake line. I went to a different Harley dealership in San Antonio that opened earlier. That dealership made absolutely no attempt to get me back on the road. I decide to not listen to that Harley dealership and call Javelina Harley. They didn’t have the part but they did have one in a kit. They fixed my bike and got me back on the road in less than 2 hours. On a coast to coast trip with an Eaglerider rental ... Picked up a screw in the tyre. Got towed here, fixed and on the road in around an hour. All the staff were super helpful while I was there. Highly recommended.
