I have been riding motorcycles for over 50 years, yes very old fart, and you can’t find a better dealership OR Service Department. I know I’ve been around and in SA for over 30 years. I won’t take any of my bikes anywhere else for repairs or service. Always treated with respect and not screwed on price. 10 out of 5 stars. Take it from an old school biker, you can’t beat this place fir anything you need.
By far, the best dealership in SA. Every department at this dealership is a pleasure to work with. Customer service has set the bar for other dealerships to follow.
No customer service except for the door greeter. No water for hot bikers/riders. Couple we were with wanted to buy a new helmet. No one approached us as she tried on helmets. No one spoke to us until we were ready to check out. Lost out on at least $300 or more sale.
I met Gino and Eddie there and it was the best experience I have ever had at a Harley shop everybody there is friendly helpful in the best could be I recommend all my friends and another one is coming in in a week or two to look at the selection the service is so great I drive from Houston to Boerne to get all my work done and file my parts from them so I want to thank you Gino and Eddie for all the hard work you did thanks again the customer for life
