I waited over an hour and half for a video call. Dr. Javed was supposed to send scripts for me to get bloodwork. This scripts never came but a bill did. My insurance was billed $400 for Me to tell Her what was wrong with me and blood work be ordered. A 15 minute call cost $400 just to have bloodwork ordered. I'm happy for those she was able to help but I will not be returning. Her staff is lovely btw. Too bad they don't do the treating.
