Kudos to Patrick and the team. I was on a trip from Birmingham to ride in the Ozarks and my clutch went out on my '01 Road King. No Harley dealer would work on it because it's over 15 years old. I called Java and they ordered the parts right then so they would be there the next day. I went there at 11:30 the next morning, they had already received the parts. Ok. Let me tell yall....this place never does what they say they are gonna do!! My bf has dealt with them for 5 years and they always have an excuse!! He had a bike there for ALMOST A YEAR for them to wire, etc. Never touched it. It was in the back with SCRATCHES on a newly painted tank and frame. Do not take your bike there if you want iit done in a decent amount of time. It was lie after lie....
Definitely recommend these guys. Went above and beyond and I will be back. They will be doing all the mods to my bike in the future. Did all the work requested on a bike I just bought, and found an issue that could've got me killed. Thanks guys.
We had been taking out bike there when we needed something done did when we went to put in New speakers and an amp we called to get a price. We was told 200 to 250. So that's what we expected when we went and picked it up. BUT when we went to pay we was charged 448 for this. When bringing it to their attention that THEY QUOTED US 200 to 250. That didnt matter. THEY DIDNT HONOR THEIR WORD.. We will NOT be back again. THAT'S NO WAY TO DO BUISNESS!!!!
All employees are professional. Curtious and eager to help all the time. I always go to JAVAS first he's never failed to have what I need .
