Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at this clinic. While the doctor was fine, two of the receptionists were extremely rude and unprofessional. Their tone and attitude were disrespectful, and they made me feel uncomfortable as a patient. Front desk staff play a big role in a clinic, and their behavior can completely affect the overall experience. This office seriously needs better customer service training for its reception staff.
Dr. Javad Sattarian I can’t thank Javad enough for the amazing surgery done on my left knee. The professionalism and dedication to his work is outstanding and without equal. The closing of the surgery is a miracle, there is “NO” scar, its truly remarkable. Thanks Javad Mark Warsh 😀
