RecommendedOur families are huge coffee lovers so I knew Java Pura would be a hit! They had several drinks people could order from and they were so delicious! We booked them before the pandemic but throughout the whole process they never stop communicating with us and accommodated with every adjustment we had to make. They are very professional and worth every penny!! One of our favorite decisions of our wedding!

great experience and knowledgeable staff. learned a lot about the process of setting and roasting beans and tried some delicious coffee... likely the best cup I've ever had

I went for a tour and found the staff passionate about their product, informative about their process, and friendly to both novice and purist. I enjoyed my first cascara cupping, a tea made by infusing the dried fruit that forms around the bean with water. Tell them what you like and how you brew and you can walk out with some of the world's finest microlot coffee available anywhere. Central America terroirs are well represented, but Ethiopia, Sumatra, and Kenya also make an appearance in a varied selection.
Excellent Coffee!! Roasters are friendly, educated, and take their craft serious. Highly recommended!
